by solid ethical and legal principles.

EDAO, the video monitoring system offered by Link Care Services, is designed to ensure the safety of assisted and dependent people. It complies with a strict code of ethics that fully protects user privacy.

This code of ethics is founded on three main principles :

  • Protection of privacy ;
  • Consideration of informal and professional caregivers ;
  • The proven integrity of LCS associates.

Link Care Services values are based on respect, responsibility, goodwill, regard for freedom and safeguarding confidentiality. To uphold these values and its code of ethics, Link Care Services has an ethics and monitoring board composed of a multidisciplinary team of representatives from the assisted living sector.

  • Managing Director and co-founder of Link Care Services. Caregivers. President of the residents’ committee at a residential care facility.

Olivier BERNHEIM :

  • Lawyer. Former board member of the Bar.

Jean-Cassien BILLIER :

  • Professor of philosophy and ethics at the Paris-Sorbonne University.
