September 2005 :

• Meeting of the company’s two founders, who after exchanging their experiences decide to develop new solutions for caregivers of Alzheimer's patients.

July 2006 :

• Creation of LCS and signing of cooperation agreements with software vendors.

July 2007 :

• First test run at Epidaure, an assisted living facility west of Paris; development of first monitoring systems (fall detection, etc.).

September 2007 :

• First cooperation agreements signed with homecare services providers (Dom’hestia, Elizabeth, etc.).

February 2008 :

• First test runs in private residences.

July 2008 :

• First capital increase. Funding provided by Isource-Gestion, a venture capital firm for innovative businesses.

January 2009 :

• LCS recognized as a “personal service” by the National personal services agency (Agence nationale des services à la personne)..

July 2009 :

• Second capital increase to expand development country-wide.
